Starbucks closer then a half-hour drive

That is all I need. The Frugal Duchess has shown the light on what I need for our family. I need a job at Starbucks. Thanks Ms. Duchess!!!

The main reason of course would be our medical expenses. Working at Starbucks 20 hours a week would surely have shrunk our costs this year to 1/2 or less. The medical insurance alone would adjust my pay from Starbucks to double. Taking into account that we would not need our crappy insurance that if divided over 80 hours (20hours a week work) would be $7.50 a hour saved. Add that to the minimum wage I would be receiving and Starbucks would be paying me $15 an hour to serve up coffee. SWEET!

Retirement benefits would be reason number 2 for me. Even if I had to take the entire 20 hours of income and split it between medical insurance and retirement, it would be well worth my 20 hours.

Too bad there is no Starbucks close to my home, because I would apply TODAY!

Lower my grocery bills, with my free pound of coffee a week. Increase my retirement funds, with no more cash from my current budget. Better medical insurance, that would negate my need to pay for our coverage from current income. Creating a cash flow that would pay for college payments as they come in, from no insurance expense.

Yoo-hoo, Starbucks.....can you come to my neighborhood? I need a job. I'm friendly and personable and a leader that you need.
