2 more CD Maturity's MISSED!

I did this back in the summer. I missed the maturity of one of my daughters cd's. This is what I get for being too busy and just piling up the kids mail.

I guess you could say there were bigger fish to fry.

I will be going into the bank again today, cashing in 2 "past maturity" cd's. Yes, we will be penalized but I should make up the difference fairly quickly in other places.

Plus, we need the one CD, to pay for that first college bill coming in August.

The idea here is to pay for sons college as he goes, to be free of loans, except for the interest free ones at graduation. There is another CD, that his great-grandmother left him - that he can access after 21 years of age - to pay for the loans after graduation.
