Biggest Loser Beef

It's no secret that weight loss is high on my priority list. Not just for vanity reasons, but health reasons. I'm looking to live the best and longest life I can.

Let me also say - I feel better then I have in years.

As of yesterday's weigh in, I have only lost 21lbs. I'm still about 24 lbs more then what I was, when I was in this size jeans, that I am in now. So, I look good - the scale is just a number.

Anyway, I watch the Biggest Loser on NBC, when ever I get the chance. It has to be my favorite reality show. Although, I hate the repetition of clips and how they drag the show on. I'm sure they could do this better in an 1 hour show. I'm not a t.v. person, but if you want to retain longevity in viewership - something has to change. Boredom comes from these drawn out moments.

Besides that - I just want to say - about last nights show - IT IS A GAME. And the Yellow Team made a CRUCIAL error last night.

The short of the long is - the Yellow Team was up against all other teams. If Yellow lost, they were going home. If they won, they got to pick who to send home. They won.

Let me break to say - The Biggest Loser Champs have all been MEN. For obvious reasons, men are larger, they build muscle faster and they lose weight faster.

There are two male teams - BLACK & GREY. There are two other teams with a males on them BLUE & YELLOW. Otherwise the teams are female.

Well, Black received immunity and if WINNING was your main goal - GREY should have been the choice. Both of those LARGE MEN - are primed to wipe out all the other teams. Yes, they are nice and everyone has befriended them. But do not forget - This is a game!

I guess, I would not only like to be beautiful - I WANT TO WIN. My guess is BLACK or GREY will walk out winning.
