I respectively disagree

I've been listening a lot to Dave Ramsey's radio show. I like it over all. I think I am just enjoying rooting for the underdog, which every debtor is. I do not agree 100% with all his thoughts, but there are a lot of good ideas and morals in his direction.

One of the big things I hear him saying is to not finance a business idea. Although, I agree that less financing is the best way to go and if you can avoid financing, by all means do it. I don't believe that it is the only choice to business. For instance, my growing community is prime for new business. Say I had an awesome restaurant idea, but no cash. It would be more beneficial for me to obtain restaurant finance dollars now. Breaking ground and building to be prime for the flow that is coming in to the area - not to mention locking in my prime property selection.

I guess we should all remember to retain the personal part. Make our choices our own and do what is best for us. One size, never has and never will, fit everyone.

I think it is really up to the personal as you said. Aggressive people may want to finance his business idea and for conservative people, it may not for the case. However, I do believe in business, we have to be in aggressive to have greater success.
