How long can I hold off a transfer?

I just initiated the furnace payment of $4k. That in and of itself is no biggie. Things happen everyday. Things require payments everyday.

What is big, for me, in this story of spending is I did not use a line of credit check to pay for this emergency expense.

What is even bigger, because of our new cashflow, I was able to pay this with current month income. Ya, I know, I was shocked too. I paid the bills and I still had a balance. I keep looking for the forgotten bill.

Odd, but I can't find one.

On the other hand:

  • I did not send any money to our retirement accounts. :-(
  • I did not add any additional funds to savings. :-(
  • I will not be so lucky with my end of the month college payment. :-(

Awe, who cares. We are doing awesome!!! Bills paid. Money in the bank. No wasted interest being paid. I believe we are sliding in to the good life.

I feel it in my shoulders. My burden is less. Emergency's can be dealt with and not a source of added stress. This furnace issue at the commercial property did not cause me to lose 1 minute of sleep.

I'm so, so grateful! Life is just so good!
